In this bonus episode, Dan & Bill discuss The Brightest Star, the third Short Trek in a series of four!  This 15 minute mini episode focuses on fan favorite Saru and how he started his journey as a Starfleet Officer - and both hosts feel this is THE Short Trek they have been waiting for! 

The Trek Geeks will give their thoughts and opinions on the episode and talk about the writing of Bo Yeon Kim & Erika Lippoldt and why they think this is such a valued Star Trek story.  Plus we will get a preview into what we can expect in the final Short Trek episode (#4) The Escape Artist arriving on CBS All Access in January 2019!
